ORTHO & NEURO-MUSCULAR DISORDER

Patient with a history of severe low back ache, stiffness, swelling and sometimes a dragging pain to calf muscle.

Patient had a history of severe low back ache, stiffness, swelling, sometimes a draging pain to calf muscle since five years. She took some analgesic medicines for the condition but could not sleep at night due to the severe pain & she did not get a steady relief.

Clinical Diagnosis & Investigations

From MRI, L5-S1 Annular tear, Scoliosis L5-S1 IVDP & Katie graham were diagnosed.

Ayurvedic treatments applied:

Dhanyamla Kizhi, Abhyangam, Patrapotala Swedam, KsheerVasti & Anuvasana vasti for 14 days

Treatment result: The severe head pain at night along with the morning stiffness got reduced on the 5th day after the treatment. And afterwards, all the symptoms subsided and the patient was discharged.

Clinical Diagnosis & Investigations

From X-Ray results, C5-C6 C6-C77 degeneration and Osteophytes at C5-C6 were found. Diagnosed for Apabahukam.

Subserosal Fibroid of 6.8 x 4.1 MM and left hydrosalpinx. AMH was 0.45 with poor ovarian Reserve. CA 125 marker was 301.

Ayurvedic treatments applied:

Internal medications like Sapthasaara Kashaya, Triphala Gulgulu, etc for one month along with Virechana and Matra Vasti were prescribed.

Treatment result : The severe pain due to Endometriosis was very much relieved after the treatment.

SUBFERTILITY/INFERTILITY

33 aged with abnormal semen morphology and infertility and with severe constipation without any Ano-rectal diseases

Clinical Diagnosis & Investigations

Semen analysis of volume 2ML count: 20 million , progressive motility: nil and no sperms with normal morphology were diagnosed.

Internally Vaiswanara Gandharva Hastadi Kwatha , Vidaryadi Grutha, etc were prescribed. Abyanga Virechana and Yogavasthi were given.
